PharmAlign is a novel appointment-based pharmacy practice that brings together patient adherence, professional pharmacy services and expanded pharmacy services.

PharmAlign begins with synchronizing your medication profile.  Synchronization allows for decreased visits to the pharmacy, less faxes to and from the physicians office to renew medications, and increased convenience.  Most importantly, this program is at no extra cost to you.

Once your medications are synchronized, regularly scheduled appointments with a pharmacist can be established.  The frequency of the appointments is based on your needs, such as adherence, program management, or patient stability on medications.
